RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return & Exchange Policy

At Totally Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Special order items, including custom fabrics or colors, are non-refundable.

Bedding and linens cannot be returned or exchanged.

Certain vendors may be excluded from our return policy; details are available on the product page.

How to Return an Item:

Contact us via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.

Pack the item securely in its original box.

Use your preferred shipping method to return the product to the provided address.

Email us your return tracking number to ensure a smooth process.

Return Fees & Refunds:

All returns are subject to round-trip shipping charges.

If your item was shipped under a "Free Shipping" promotion, actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

A 25% restocking fee applies unless you opt for an exchange of equal or greater value or a store credit.

Assembled items cannot be returned but may be exchanged.

Upon return, 80% of the payment will be refunded. Or you can choose another product for the same price. Handling fees stay with us, which is 20% of the order.

Order Cancellations:

Stocked items can be canceled before shipping at no charge.

Custom orders must be canceled before production begins.

If you refuse delivery after shipping, the return policy and manufacturer rules will apply.

Damaged or Missing Parts:
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage. However, if an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us immediately.

If Delivered by Truck Freight:

Inspect the package upon delivery and note any damage when signing.

If significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery, and we will send a replacement.

For assembled products, inspect them before discarding packaging or allowing delivery personnel to leave.

If damage or missing parts are discovered after delivery, retain the packaging and contact us within 48 hours.

Resolution for Damaged or Defective Items:

We will replace damaged or missing parts at no additional cost.

If a replacement is not possible, we will cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.

Manufacturer defects will be addressed with part replacements or full unit replacements as necessary.

Delivery & Shipping Information

We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery for all our customers across South Africa.

Gauteng Region: Delivery fee is R800 ZAR.

Other Regions: Delivery fee is R1500 ZAR.

Delivery times may vary based on location and order size. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
